Nerf spine chill, too op

Basically spine chill is an anti-skill perk that plays for you. It also gives you bonuses in speed on whatever you do when the killer watch you at 36 meters (#########???). I don't really see the reason why the radius should be THIS long and why in the world you should have a bonus in action speed??? It should be: "You wanna know when the killer is watchin you? Ok then! Everything you will do in the process will be slower and worse in EVERYTHING" cause i dont know you, but when i do have shivers down my spine i literally mess up everything i do so, in terms of gameplay, you should regress in what you do instead of having a bonus.

Well, characters don't think of setting the pallet up when they drop it without a perk. So logic doesn't really apply here does it?

would think reducing the range bellow the killer TR like 24 meters would be fine find it weird that its range is above the killer TR

I do think it's very interesting that Premonition has a 30 second cooldown but Spine Chill is always active. I don't like using Spine Chill because it feels like easy mode and takes away a lot of the suspense, but I'm still torn on whether or not I'd nerf it. It's not that strong on against standard killers because you can already usually tell they're approaching from 32m when their TR starts getting louder and from context (e.g. killer just hooked someone and has BBQ). Meanwhile, against stealth/stealthy killers, it's crazy strong...

Regardless of how they change these perks, it does just seem silly to make Spine Chill so good while Premonition is so bad.

Spine Chill is a risk-reward perk. You know the killer is coming, but the action speed bonus may convince the survivor to stay in position longer than is safe; without that speed bonus, they'd already be long gone before the killer ever got near.

I just want tier 1 Mikey to be immune to Spine Chill again, like he was back in the day. He's slow with no Bloodlust and pretty much no lunge. His only benefit in that state is his stealth, which Spine Chill negates. He has to stalk survivors to get out of tier 1, and tier 2 is there between tiers 1 and 3 so it's not like he immediately goes into insta-down mode. Against survivors with Spine Chill and Sprint Burst, tier 1 Mikey might as well not even be on the same map.

You can counter spine chill . For eg: if i play pig or Myers and I get a bbq/discordance reading just look to the side/moon walk and move towards the gen at the same time that way spine chill won’t light up on the survivors screen. I’m gonna be completely honest most good survivors who actually run spine chill will run it with resilience for vault speed..
