Player level and ranks bugged

So after one of the pretty regular boring matches THIS came out on my player rank
After I closed the game, restarted steam and reopened the game, it went away and player rank reverted to normal.
Apart from that, rank HUD a lot of times shows outdated ranks. For example I might derank from 4 to 5, but until I exit post-game lobby it will still show me that I have rank 4. And vice versa.
Can you explain ######### is this? And fix at least these small HUD bugs? Please.
It's not even funny. I thought I was hacked or something.
