How to fix mmr and show the true balance of the game
This is short and brief there literally nothing much to it besides salty people with high mmr gaps not being able to play with their friends.
So, you gain or lose mmr per game which is how it was, you get match made with killers your mmr, survivors cannot play with other survivors that have major differences in mmr making the matchmaking better for the killer.
Dev's will see the kill rate or escape rate at the highest mmr range and perk usage and success and balance off that. Easy fix

Also to add to this on mmr, it will include a variance system. At reset all survivors and killers start at 100% variance, after every game the variance goes down. The more variance you have the bigger mmr jump and plummet. Variance cap at a certain low percent to keep both parties increasing or decreasing mmr.
