Deja Vu Only Shows Two of Last Three Generators
I play on PC. At least twice tonight on different maps I ran Deja Vu and could only see two of the final three generators. The perk worked normally up until we had completed four generators, but at that point only two of the remaining three generators were highlighted.
I haven't ever been able to make this not happen, but I've only played a few games with Deja Vu tonight. No clue if this was happening prior to 4.3.2.
I don't have any videos to show this, but if you're unable to recreate this and really need one to track this down I can figure that out.

Update: I just played a game in which it worked just fine. I'll see if I can find any more information.

How close were you to the unrevealed gen? I know this game loves hiding auras from the player if they're to close to what's being revealed.

I'm actually not sure, but I know they weren't in my line of sight. I'm actually about to hop in another game with Deja Vu so I'll update you if I can recreate it again.
Update: It worked fine in this match.

I have evidence, finally! Seems like it's inconsistent, and isn't necessarily only an issue for the final three gens. These are the only two gens visible with Deja Vu:
