Demogorgon Clipping/falling through map

After using Demogorgon's portal ability I fall through the floor of the map, I do get spawned back up but it was irritating.
Platform: PC
Map: Macmillan Estate, Coal Tower
Perks: Mad Grit, Surge, Whispers
Steps to reproduce:
- Put a portal on ground level, I put mine nearby a tree but I assume it can work anywhere
- Put a portal in the basement, for example I put mine at the base on the stairs where the corner is
- use your power to travel from the basement to portal on ground level
- fall through map... at least for me
Unfortunately I don't have a recording of it as I my computer was too slow to capture the bug, and I don't know if this helps, but here you go.
