Legion moves at base walking speed while in Feral Frenzy

Description: The Legion is slower while in Feral Frenzy.
Steps to Reproduce: Play the Legion.
How often does this occur: Every time you play the Legion and activating Feral Frenzy.

This is happening on ps4 as well. Also his lunge during frenzy isn't increased.
