Suggestions for improving The Twins
I've played about 10 matches as the new killer, and at best got a 2k (currently rank 3 killer so most survivors are red ranks as well). Their power feels very frustrating to use and I can consistently do better with killers like Clown. Here are a few suggestions I had for improving their power in addition to the bug fixes.
- There should not be an audible cue every time you switch between Charlotte and Victor. This gives away too much information to survivors and removes any mind-game potential.
- The killer should be able to recall Victor at will. Often times he ends up in a dead part of the map and makes him nearly useless. Charlotte should be able to recall him after 30 seconds at most.
- Victor should be able to down survivors if he isn't removed quick enough. Instead of passively piggy-backing on a survivor, he should actually be trying to kill them (he is a Killer, after all). If he isn't removed within 30 seconds or so, he should put the survivor in the dying state.
- Victor shouldn't be kill-able after missing a pounce (missing a single pounce can make you lose an entire chase and ungodly amounts of time). I would suggest that survivors can still kick Victor, but this would stun him for a considerable amount of time (longer than a pallet stun). Being stunned by a pallet or a perk should still kill him though. Also, Victor should not be kill-able after a successful pounce.
- Charlotte should be able to see the aura of the survivor Victor is latched on to. She sees his aura any other time, so this doesn't really make much sense. If you use Victor to injure someone on the other side of the map, without aura tracking, finding them can be quite difficult. A killer shouldn't have to find the survivor over again each time they injure them.
- Victor should be able to damage gens. This killer seems unique in that there really aren't any perks that have synergy with their power. I think this could be remedied somewhat by letting Victor damage gens (due to his size, he would need a different animation, maybe ripping out wires or something). You could use BBQ or Tremors, then send out Victor to kick a gen with PGtW or Overcharge.
- My final suggestion is probably the most significant. I think Victor should be able to advance the hook stages on a survivor. This killer really struggles with time efficiency. You either injure someone with Victor and have to track them down with Charlotte (sometimes to the other side of the map), or you down someone with Victor and have to walk across the map just to get a single hook. After Victor downs someone, he should have a prompt to interact with the survivor (like a killer picking up a survivor). Victor will pounce on the survivor and force the survivor to fend him off (control would switch back to Charlotte at this point). The survivor would be unable to move. After some time buffer, maybe 15-30 seconds or so, the survivor will no longer be able to fend him off completely and Victor will start tearing into them (like David in the reveal trailer). At this point, this will advance their hook stage and work similarly to being hooked. Another survivor can save them by crushing Victor. Also, if another survivor crushes Victor while the downed survivor is fending him off (during that 15-30 second buffer period), the hook stage won't advance. Charlotte can't regain control of Victor during this period. If Charlotte makes it to the downed survivor, she can pick up the survivor and hook him/her (this would interrupt Victor and make him despawn). Hooking the survivor would resume the hook stage they were on when Victor was attacking them (this would make it so it wouldn't count as 2 hooks). If Victor performs this action and the survivor is on their 3rd hook, Victor would be able to mori them.
I found this killer really lackluster and frustrating, so these are just tome of my thoughts. Would be happy to hear any other thoughts/opinions on my suggestions or any other ideas.

I have some slight differing opinions regarding #3 of your post but I agree with everything else. Overall this was such a lackluster DLC I can't justify even buying it with shards tbh.
Actually misread #7 - Not sure I can agree with that either but I agree with what I said prior.

I think we may need to wait and see with this killer. Remember when everyone was calling blight weak right after he came out. Let's give it some time before we jump to conclusions and demand huge buffs.

For the most part I usually agree but this killer is just so clunky and time consuming to use. I'm going to be doubtful on this one and I was one of the people saying Blight was going to be good (And I still stand by that) so I feel my judgement is usually a bit accurate with such things.
In this instance though I know it's a completely new power concept so they won't get it right the first time. This killer needs a lot of work but I'm willing to give it time.

My thoughts on your suggestions:
1) Not entirely sure how I feel about this one, maybe restrict the cue to being within a certain range of victor or charollette so you can tell if you're nearby but not from far away.
2) Totally agree, should always be able to recall
3) I think applying deep wound would be fine which is kinda what this is and also get you a bit more value out of victor hits
4) Mostly disagree, don't miss. Sure for successful hits though. Although I think it'd be better if victor could just stay latched onto slugged survivors to make it take longer for them to be picked up/recover
5) Sure, but I think it should maybe be killer instinct or victor's aura instead of the survivors aura
6) Yeah that'd be good
7) Sounds interesting, may need tweaks but the idea that victor can essentially be his own hook is interesting.

I started doing fairly well with Blight after a handful of games with him. His power has great synergy with a lot of perks. After about 10 games or so, I can get a decent feel for a Killer (not saying I've mastered them by any means, but I can get a decent read on their potential). The Twins is such an unefficient and poorly executed killer, I can do consistently do better with the low-tier killers like Wraith, Trapper, and Clown. I can play 10 matches or so with either of those 3 killers and get at least 2-3 4k's.

For #4, at the very least I think they should reduce the time window that Victor can be crushed for. Right now I believe it's 3 seconds. I think 1-1.5 seconds would be more reasonable. It would require a bit more skill from survivors to get the timing right to get a kick in when you're vulnerable.
