geting stuck in hooking animation while it´s getting sabotaged

So yeah, I´m on PC and I played as the Twins on Ormond and I was going to hook a surv. BUT as I pressed the key to hook him, another surv started sabotaging it. Through that I got stuck in place as well as the sabotaging surv. After a few seconds we were freed and the hook was broken+ the surv struggled out.
I don´t remember which perks I used tho
