Let us help you devs

It's clear that coding this game has become a burden for you. With every new update the effort to release a stable version is exponential.

We can support you with our money (i did a lot and still will do) but there are issues that need to be fixed and that can't be put under the carpet anymore.

One livestream at month with a community that is dissatisfied with your work is not enough, i know very well that due to the pandemic doing livestreams is way harder but letting the community know that you care about us would help you way more than you think.

The most important thing, if you'll let me tell you and knowing that i don't wanna be rude towards you because i truly like your game and i don't think that you're doing this on purpose, you need players along you and your mods that will be a permanent "beta testing group". Right now you really need players with a lot of game experience (you don't need players like me with 4k+ hrs but at least people that know the game) that will give you feedbacks about bugs and game balance. You alone did a lot of good things but right now getting some help by the people that really enjoy your game when the game is in a really bad state is necessary

This thread may be ignored by everyone but if one of you will ever see this, please take in considerations what i and a lot of other players are saying.

Thanks for the attention

I think part of the problem is this game is over 4 years old now, the player base is dwindling, and as such, this is likely not the money maker it once was for them. In the face of new console and game releases, things will only get worse. So, as any business will begin to do with a product that's not as popular anymore, the teams of people that were once working on it are reduced to a skeleton crew for basic maintenance and reasonable, cost-effective and non-complex updates. Supposedly 600+ people work at BHVR - given the quality and speed of updates and fixes, do you really think all 600 are assigned to DBD? There's no way. I think there are 50 or less assigned to DBD at this point, with the remainder hopefully working on something else new and amazing, maybe even a sequel.

Seriously... I am fine with a chapter break. Call the next chapter Entity's Harvest and let that be the time to fix foundational issues and get on track
