Unsafe unhookings and escaping out the gate points.

Have you considered giving a bonus to the player being unhooked getting rewarded for unsafe unhookings?

So a player unhooks... gets 1K, then after the safe unhooking timer, gets another 500 points.

Have you considered giving that 500 points to the player who gets downed before the safe unhooking timer goes off?

I mean, if you get someone who is going to farm other survivors... Wouldn't it be better to reward those being farmed with the points the farming survivor would get? This might be nice for those players who get found first, then tunneled to death before a gen is done.

Why not give the player who gets farmed all the points for the unsafe unhooking, the full 1.5K, and the farmer gets nothing.

This would stop people from being farmed, unless it was intentional. You might run the risk of people not going in for saves, but you might also force survivors who are doing the unhooking to protect those survivors more, or at least play the unhooking smarter. It might also force those survivors to rethink if saving is even an option against a camping killer, especially if they don't have the proper perks equipped, like Borrowed Time.

IMO; You need to lower the 5K escaping out the gate points. Increase safe unhooking, healing, sabo'ing, being chased and escaping the chase.

Survivors need more potential to earn more points during the match, not at the end. More end game mechanics to help the killers out, means more survivors die overall. Less points for survivors. Less fun.

Help out the newer players, by allowing them to earn more points during the match, rather then a bulk of their points for running out of the gate. They are learning... They die allot.

They aren't so much be rewarded for nothing.

Survivor gets found first... Survivor gets hooked... Survivor wastes the killers time... Survivor unhooked repeatedly from same survivor chump, who sees that survivor as a bag of points. That unhooked survivor, gets killed off early.

    Here is another scenario...

Survivor gets found first... Survivor gets hooked... Survivor is unhooked with killer close by / camping... That unhooked survivor disconnects with 5 gens still left to do. No much time wasted by killer, killer the goes onto 4K the match.

Wasting the killers time, doesn't equate to nothing in this game.

Time is one of the most precious commodities the killer has.

Well that’s what they screamed in my face when I suggested rewarding points for being camped for distraction. Even though it would lower tensions
