Game freezes after initialization complete

Playing on Xbox one and after the twins were released the game will get through the initialization complete screen and then go black and freeze between that and the games main menu. I've tried resetting my Xbox and power cycling. Its been happening since the twins came out and I can't play the game.

If I completely Uninstall and reinstall it will work for a week then do the same thing.
