PC - Killer can "pick up" a survivor who's used Unbreakable, survivor becomes locked in place

Step 1: Survivor recovers with Unbreakable
Step 2: Killer starts the pick up animation as the survivor finished getting up
Step 3: Survivor is stuck in place until downed by the killer
