Killers. move speed over 115% and under 110% and 115%. Survivors running under 100%

Killers. move speed over 115% and under 110% and 115%.
This bug needs to be addressed. Some matches killers are moving faster than 115% with out PWYF or anything to increase speed and other times they are walking at snail speed.
Survivors running slower than 100% if you look in any direction. while looking behind you you move at about 80-90%.
