Survivor Camera Detached From Body

Description: While on Ormond against the doctor, I was working on the gen in the main building when the doctor sent out a static blast (I think) as he entered the room. I let go of the gen to run but the survivor avatar (I was playing Dwight) didn't leave the gen from my perspective. The camera just left but there was no Dwight running. I looked back and Dwight was still on the gen, although the doctor was clearly chasing me and took a swing and hit me. Once I was downed, Dwight reappeared and it went back to normal.

Steps to reproduce: Survivor starts working on gen, doctor sends out static blast. As survivor is hit, let go of gen and run.

Frequency: I have only observed this once.
