Someone said that Victor shouldn't be able to hurt survivors in the lockers like it does now. Is this true or not?
I couldn't find an information if it's intentional or not. I don't mind about it too much, just curious.

It's true.
He's currently able to attack survivors through lockers while they are still inside, and doesn't have an option to open lockers. Latter one is likely going to be added soon, while current Victor's ability is a collision glitch.
