After patch 4.4.1 I was not able to attack with victor (Mouse 2 prompt doesn't show up)

First game I did with the twins after the many bug fixes was on ormond, I was not able to attack with victor (charge pounce attack).
I had equiped the following perks; Ruin, Deerstalker, Sloppy butcher, BBQ all level 3.
I had theses 2 addons; Toy sword (brown faster charge pounce) and Tiny fingernail (Brown that decreases the time to unbind victor)
With one of the brown offering that gives 50% points in one category.
Don't know exactly what in this cause the issue I've seen streamer play twins recently without the issue. Is it the map? Addons? Can't investigate in custom game, none of my friend play this game.
