PC - Can't vault pallet by Coldwind Slaughterhouse

Step 1 : Try to vault pallet leaning against Slaughterhouse on the entrance side
Step 2 : Unable to vault
(Same applies for kicking it as a Killer)
Characters Played: Adam Francis, Trapper
Map: Coldwind Farm
Frequency of Issue: Potentially every time the pallet spawns here
