Is Twins' outfit "Blood and Guts" suppost to be a set?

As it's displayed in the store, Blood and Guts outfit is shown as a set.

However, when rewatching the showcase video of the collection, I noticed that in the trailer, the outfit's name display doesn't have the "Set Only" icon as shown on Onesie outfits for Zarina and Elodie.

Futhermore, the cosmetic is also specifically described as an outfit on both in-game news tab and the twitter posts. On top of that aforementioned sources specifically point out that Elodie's onesie is a set meanwhile Blood and Guts cosmetic for The Twins is an outfit.

I was wondering if it could've been the similar case as to what happened to the Bubba's Old Lady cosmetic that launched as a set, which has been quickly changed in the few hours.

    And again, this is one of those "sets" that don't really fit a "set" category imo.
