Sound signals

So this would be a small yet important change for the game. It's already a thing in DbD Mobile and it has only impacted the game for the good. What it would consist of is basically:

  • Gens that are being worked and make noise can be marked when you get next to them. Or maybe get a notification. That's just how it works on DBD Mobile.
  • Survivors can see their own hearts beata when they're in the terror radius.
  • Killers can see where loud breathing or grunts of pain come from.
  • Whispers has a sound signal too. The closer you are to the survivor, the brighter it gets.

I don't know if I explained myself properly, but you can watch any DbD Mobile gameplay and see how this signals work. It would be extremely beneficial for hearing impaired people and would just be a QoL change. What are your thoughts on this?
