Killer Idea: Necromancer

Raise dead: The necromancer can raise a corpse after a charge. This corpse can walk around aimlessly and slowly, groaning and reaching out to hurt survivors. Flashlights can scare them away, crouching survivors can disable them from behind.

I don't know what perks would go with him, but I figured it'd be a cool trapper boost. Maybe a sub ability could be to switch places with his zombies but that seems like it may be an OP menuever tool, although a ranged limitation on it would cancel that out, leaving him as a cross between the hag and the trapper. Putting this in, you could reduce his speed, leaving it out he could have a normal move speed.
