Zarina starts match with Ranger Med Kit, Gel Dressings and Medical Scissors... burned White Ward offering before match.
Killer did Not have Franklin’s Demise
Zarina can be seen escaping with her Ranger Med Kit and add ons that she brought into the match.
After match, Ranger Med kit is no longer in Zarina’s hand, and is gone from her inventory, along with her Gel Dressings and Medical Scissors.
