4.4.1: Steam: Devour Hope range is bugged at Wretched Shop

I played several matches this evening with DH, one of which was at Wretched Shop, and the range was not working correctly; many times I would be very far from the hook and it wouldn't light up, but sometimes it would light correctly. All other maps it worked correctly.
