Sprint burst is bugged

I am playing on Xbox One, the map was fractured cowshed against a legion and sprint burst wouldn't give the 150% spped boost for 3 seconds but would give the exhausted status anyway.

It was a random occurrence as it happened on my first game of the day, but it is still a crippling bug.
