disconnecting from game randomly while playing as survivor

Description of the issue: getting often disconnected from matches. It happened the whole day, I'm from Brazil, near Sao Paulo (Sao Bernardo do Campo). I tested with other games like Overwatch and it seems, no disconnections so far. I didn't try playing as a killer yet but, is occurring often
Steps to reproduce (if possible): I could not find how it happens, but usually during the dying state
How often does this occur: the whole day after the new patch
