Victor Console Sensitivity Bugged?

PS4 - Changing sensitivity does not affect Victors sensitivivity.
- Load the game up.
- Play as The Twins.
- Miss pounces because very high Victor sensitivity.
I only see this happening with Victor, most likely because hes the only dual screen character in the game. I understand that this killer is very complex to code, but this is one of the game breaking ones. I decided to not upgrade The Twins any farther because at this point, its unplayable. Please focus on this bug.

is very high always, would be nice to have a personal mouse sensivity with victor too, because for me it's a bit high too
