[bug]: PC - Decisive strike doesn't working with Hillbilly

Description: When hillbilly takes this survivor over the shoulder, the decisive strike is activated and this player has been taken the skillcheck, but the decisive doesn't working and the hook is very fair (Video 1).

Step by Step:

1) this streamer play as survivor with friends

2)The map on this match is "Wretched shop - Autoheaven Wreckers"

3)When she play this match with "Elodie Rakoto" while the killer is a "The hillbilly"

4)When this streamer has death status and the killer takes this survivor over the shoulder,

5)the decisive strike is activated and this player has been taken the skillcheck, but the decisive doesn't working and the hook is very fair (Video 1).
