Teleportation of a survivor put into a dying state

Every game I played so far as the killer for the past week has teleported a downed survivor. I chase the survivor, I down him/her, the animation of the survivor translating to the dying state triggers on the place where I hit him/her and once the animation finishes they are teleported like 5-10 meters away in almost any direction. This is annoying when playing on Dead Dawg Saloon, Yamaoka Estate, MacMillian Estate or any map that has lots of grass. This wastes the killers time because you have to search for a survivor in the tall grass or sometimes even on the other side of the wall/rock. I searched for an Iron Will Blendette for almost 30 seconds! Please look into this issue. It might not seem like a big thing, but when using perks that are timer related you lose effectivnes of a perk. (eg Tinkerer, Corrupt Intervention, Haunted Grounds, Make Your Choice, etc)
