Killer Give Up Option Would Be Nice

First, I think the killer should be able to open the exit gates any time throughout the game as a form of giving up to save time and spare the tilt. There's been countless times where survivor friends destroy me and I just want to give up, but I don't want to rage quit and go through the dc penalty. This might affect some perks such as blood warden, so it might not be the best solution, but my point stands. A give up option for killer would be nice to get the match over with. Survivors have the option to kill themselves on hook as their form of giving up.
