Buried Underground Challenge Broken

I hooked 4 people in the basement, and challenge was not completed
Hook 4 people in basement, don't get the challenge complete
Anytime I hook people in basement it doesn't work
This is an image of 4 people hooked in basement. Someone on the 23rd said this was fixed, they were wrong this happened yesterday at about 10 PM

I can confirm same issue as of today. Compendium / Tome III - Escalation. Completed both 3 hooks in basement across a single game and multiple maps. No progress gained.

Tome 1 buried underground isnt working either. I just did 4 or 5 hooks and got 0 peogression for it. What a waste of my time that was.
May i suggest if something isn't working. You fix it or take it out of the game.

I have the same problem, and actually, there is another quest bugged. In the same Tome, you gotta hook 2 people in basement when using the perk "Monstrous Shrine", i did it, and guess what, it didnt count... It may be the game having issues with basement quests?
