Unfortunately I could not get a recording of this bug, but it is very easily replicated in the exact spot pictured below:
As you can see, it is in one of these stone structures where a pallet usually spawns. In this little corner, your character will get stuck and is unable to get out UNLESS if you run at certain angles. During chases this is really inconvenient because you'll get stuck and will most likely get unfairly hit from it. I am not sure if killers can get stuck there, but I know for certain that survivors constantly can be.
