i'm not entirely sure if this has been suggested yet, and i know before people finish reading this there's going to be comments about bots being way easier than actual players. this is more based on experimenting with killers, and wondering if custom matches with survivor bots would ever be a thing? given how the ranking system can be a mess and overall toxic, some people are just simply trying to adjust to a new killer or killer as a whole, which can be difficult when you simply have no idea what ranks you're going to be going against. the tutorial only allows you to play as the trapper, and even then you don't get to experience his power/abilities (which mostly know but we have no clue how well a power is going to work on the other killers. especially if they're labelled "hard")

custom matches are a thing, yes, but sometimes it can be rather time consuming for the other players if you're a slow learner. or some people do not have others they play the game with. idk, just a suggestion maybe??

    But seriously, this would be a great addition. I would love a mode where I can experiment and explore the maps, without having to drag a friend into it.

    exactly. there's been so many times i've gone in as a survivor (bear in mind im a purple/red rank survivor) and at the end you come to find it's a rank 20-18 rank killer, which is completely unfair on them. i really want to learn killer (currently a rank 20), but the last time i went in as one, i went against red rank survivors. you get gen rushed more a less instantly with no time to really figure out your stuff.

    I think it would be amazing, but can't see it happening. Given this game is a pure multiplayer game, and the only "AI" it has is the characters in the tutorial level, it would probably be a large undertaking to write decent AI from scratch (for the Survivors or Killer). I think someone who writes AI is probably a specialised role, which is probably missing at BHVR since this is a pure multiplayer game.
