Styptic consuming medkit prematurely

May I have an update on my post from August? The same thing is happening with Styptics. Again, it's not always but in this case it happened. PS4, mother;'s dwelling, solo meg against trapper. Yellow medkit with only styptic add on. First time I used the medkit it consumed it and instead of finishing healing me - it gave me borrowed time.

It's looking like you're using the secondary action so it's then giving you the Styptic effects.
