Rift fragments to bps

Hi everybody!
When arriving to tier 70 in the rift, to avoid to lose the motivation to play. It woldnt be nice if we get 5k bloodpoints when we get a rift fragment over tier 70? Its not too much, but it would be a nice gift after completing rift.
