Matchmaking should be a priority
I mostly play killer, and I can't take it anymore.
I'll show you all the teams I went against in about ONE HOUR of gameplay. (That's a hyperlink to my imgurl album with the joy of playing this game).
It's not fun for anyone. Tying to play a new killer or new survivor is an extremely grueling experience that I'm sure will eventually turn off potential new players. I've yet to face against "baby" survivors, but I'm more than sure there is the case where completely new survivor players get stomped by incredibly skilled killers as well.

I totally agree. Work the matchmaking! Let Killers see the colors of the ranks for the survivors. Make different lobbies based on rank ranges and give the player an option to expand by 1 or 2 ranges or take first available.

Agreed. Matchmaking is in a terrible spot, and drives new players and casual killers away.
They could start by making sure that survivors are matched with a killer of equal or greater rank than the highest rank survivor.
I personally do not enjoy running a train on rank 20, 1 yellow perk wraiths, but it happens constantly, and you cant even know youre doing it until its too late.
