Solo Character idea for Halloween

Since we got Bill and leatherface as solo characters I'm posting a killer concept for a solo dlc to go with a Halloween theme. I'll also post some cosmetic ideas towards the end, a few for survivors and a few for killers.
Killer: The trickster 
Power: Trick or Treat
The Trickster has his bucket of candy that is full of tricks and treats. When activated he can choose between a random trick to perform in a survivor (slower movement speed, blindness, mangled ect.) or a treat to give to himself (faster movement speed, less stun time, harder to blind ect.) Power has a cooldown of 15 seconds 
Appearance: He wears a tattered skeleton costume with a pumpkin mask that has sharp teeth to eat candy with. In his left hand he holds his candy bucket and in his right hand he holds a cracked lollipop shaped weapon that is deadlier than it looks.
Blood wipe animation: He takes a look at his lollipop and gives it a lick savoring the taste of blood.
Perks: 
This is Halloween: You are obsessed with one survivor. Everytime you hit the obsession gain a token. Max of 2/4/6 tokens. At 2 tokens lower gen repair speed by 4%, at 4 tokens lower gen repair speed by 8%, at 6 tokens lower gen repair speed by 16%
Only tricks: You enjoy tricking your prey, once activated you can place a trick on a generator, chest, hook, pallet, or window that will knock back the survivor stunning them for 1 second. Has a cooldown of 30/25/20 seconds. You can have up to 2/3/4 tricks placed at once
All Hallows Eve: You dont want this night to end, once all generators are powered the gates and hatch cannot be interacted with for 60/75/90 seconds.
Mori: The trickster takes his lollipop and jabs it into the survivors neck then he dumps candy all over them and digs in.
Lore: Jack Shivers always loved Halloween. It was his favorite holiday ever since he was a boy. Every year he would go trick or treating and now that he was older he was the one giving the treats. He was in college and every year Halloween became more difficult to celebrate due to his studies in chemistry and many different sciences. His life was decent as he had a good home, good friends and was never really in any problems. One Halloween once Jack was finished giving out candy he went to his living room and decided to watch TV for a while. He was watching some Horror movies on the movie channel and was enjoying his night eating the leftover candy. Then there were breaking news, it was said that a psychopath escaped from a prison nearby and that all people should be cautious and lock their doors that night. Jack was home alone as his friend that lived with him was away at a party. So there he was sitting in the dark with a bucket if candy in his hands. He locked all the doors and made sure the windows were shut and he went to bed. That night however right when he got to his room upstairs he heard a knock on the door. He assumed it was another trick or greater that was out later than usual and decided to answer the door in costume and all. But once he opened the door he saw no one, he stepped out and looked around but there was no one to be seen so he went back inside. When he came back he saw the TV was turned on with the movie Halloween playing on screen. He was confused as to why it was on but as he got closer he saw that someone was sitting on his couch. He asked if it was his roommate but he received no response. Then suddenly the figure got up and walked into the light revealing that it was the psychopath that escaped. Jack ran upstairs while the man simply followed him slowly grabbing a knife from the kitchen before going up. Jack ran upstairs trying to find his shotgun that he kept in his closet, he heard the footsteps getting closer and closer. Then the door burst open as the man charged a Jack stabbing him over and over tearing into his flesh and ripping  his costume. Jack couldn't reach the shotgun but he should reach his bucket of candy. He grabbed it bit into a hard lollipop and stabbed his aggressor in the neck. Jack got up wounded and reached for his gun, he grabbed it and loaded the shells but the man shoved him out of his room, down the stairs and into the living room. He tried to get his gun but the man ran downstairs and continued to stab him over and over again. Then Jack heard a voice talk to him, it sounded ancient and powerful yet soothing at the same time. Then with sudden brutal strength he got up grabbed his gun and shot his aggressor in the head. Jack then succumbed to his wounds and bled out on the floor. The next day the police arrived to the house after Jack's roommate called them. They found the body of the intruder but Jack was missing. All they found from him was his shotgun. 
Cosmetics:
The trickster: Green, orange, blue, and red colors for his default skeleton suit.(Uncommon)
The Pumpkin- The head of a lit up pumpkin with a scarecrows body and a small metal arrow.

Jake- Dr. Frankenstine
Nea- Demon
Ace- Vampire
Feng- Bunny
David- Sexy Cop ;-)

Nurse-Spectre (itll be different because she'll glow blue and  old be see through)

Huntress- Werewolf 
Clown- Creepier Clown (Black and white costume, red makeup ect.)
Spirit- Oni (An oni mask with a black dress with a sword that has ancient carvings on it)
Well I think that's it I'd like some feedback on the killer design and would like opinions on some balancing too!!!
