Coldwind Farm can spawn Totems in locations impossible to interact with

Title. I was playing in Coldwind farm in a public match and right next to a tractor there's a totem that is completely uninteractable. While it happened to be not a hex, this bug/glitched placement could really ruin a game. Attached a video clip to show its location and non-interactiveness.
