Violent Imperative challenge did not complete!

The challenge was hook 3 survivors on the basement's hooks while using the Territorial imperative perk. I did that while playing with Bubba, hooked 3 survivors in the basement AT THE SAME TIME, on a Haddonfield map, and I HAD the perk equiped. The challenge did not complete after the trial ended... why? I worked hard on it and if it is a bug, i am afraid that it will occur the second time as well and not be able to complete the tome ever. Help me, please!
