Losing clothes items for your character

I wanted to know how can I get my stuff back if it disappears cuz that idea like gave you like a free twitch shirt and that's it and my character was wearing it and all of a sudden now it's gone I've had that since I want to say since the death slinger came out. But anyways if you have any answers or any idea how I can reach out to them to help me out and get it back I would really appreciate it.

These cosmetics were given out in error and removed from the players that didn't rightfully own them after a short period of time.
