Basement Challenge/Achievement Issues

For some reason, practically every challenge that involves the basement does not work. Tome V Buried Underground did not work, which was replaced with the Gruesome challenge, but this didn't fix that same challenge on Tome I, page 1 and page 3. The agitated advantage challenge also doesn't work, from the same tome on page 5.

Steam achievements like Milk n' Cookies and Texas BBQ also are not tracking, but for some reason Holiday Get-together works just fine.

    The Tome 1 also glitched for me. Double checked that that's the task I had. End game, it was completed, showed up gold on the web, then got the blood points, but didn't register the task as complete.
