PC - Can't cleanse dull Totem on Coldwind Farm

Issue: A dull totem spawned on this big hay machine in the field. It was between the machine and one of its tires and not accessable for a survivor (screenshot attached). I could get close, but could not interact with it/cleanse it. I only encountered this totem spot once so far.
