Any chance of Switch graphics getting any better?

I enjoy playing the game on PS4 and Switch but the graphics are very bad on the Switch. It looks like I'm playing it on PS2. I was hoping that there could be an update that improves the graphics quality or something. Also if there was a way to have everything that I worked for on PS4 brought over to multiple platforms that would be awesome 👍
