Gifting Cash Shop Items

I'd love to be able to gift cosmetics to my friends. We gift each other steam games all the time, but for the most part DBD is the one game we play together on an almost daily or weekly basis, so I'd love to invest more into it via gifting.

The only issue I see happening is someone already owns the cosmetic, so there would have to be something in place so they can't be sent a double, since that's a loss of auric cells to the gifter.
