250 000 BP for reaching rank 1. Thats it?
You cant even reach level 50 with 1 million BP. We have 23 killers and 24 survivors.
250K BP is barley 5-7 Bloodwebs.
I can earn 100-150K BP alone just from 1 game with BBQ and a survivor pudding
Actually give people rewards like an exclusive charm, cosmetic, free survivor/killer of their choice, or teachable perk. 250K is nothing.
Fix the grind or actually give the players real rewards

You can get up to 500k if you get both to rank 1

Also don´t forget, that each month, everyone has to start at rank 20.
So only people with a looooot of time will reach rank 1.

The rewards are bad. It should be more bloodpoint reward percentages per game based on rank. Would encourage the grind. #########, people would love some sort of rank REWARD in the sense of a counter for how many times you've been 1. But that's just a quick weak example. We want something... permanent.

They want to protect the ever so fragile iridescent shard market. After they so generously gave us 10k, it destabilized the currency, and the economy is having hard time recovering from it. /s

Yea I think 250k is very low/unrewarding. 250k is not much and if you're putting a lot of time into the game and get r1, I feel like you deserve something a bit more pleasing. I like the idea of rewarding players with shards, or exclusive charms, outfits, etc. Bloodpoints are easily obtainable, and if you play a lot, you already rake in a ton. So the reward is more bloodpoints? Seriously? :/

I'm fine with it... they could simply continue not giving a reward at all for ranking up, which, if you play enough, happens anyways.
Like, I get complaining for things like events, even if I personally don't care to complain. But for something like this...? Weird. You're gonna rank up when playing, regardless. The blood points they're now giving you is just an added bonus. It's literally HELPING with the grind by adding another way to get blood points so like??? 🤔🤔

The rewards wouldn't be so bad if it also wasn't for the fact everyone gets reset back to 20 now. It's such a huge time investment.

It's 5 bloodwebs, and you have 23 killers + 24 survivors if you want to unlock their teachable + you need to grind out more bloodwebs to get those teachable perks on other killers and survivors. helping the grind my ass

It literally helps with the grind because the current alternative is BHVR simply not giving anything? When you rank up now, you get nothing but the colored number next to your name. Now, you will get some blood points. Starting from rank 20 every month is kind of strange to me after living so long with their old ranking system, but it's meant to keep you playing. 🙂

I like the idea of the BP rewards and Rank reset, but I do kind of agree that the rewards need to be MUCH bigger. I think Rank-1 should be ONE MILLION and then scale down from there back to the 10,000 BP. The drop offs should be fairly radical to make these things mean something. But that is just me. It is their world; we just play in it. :)

Oh God it's even worse! I didn't even think about that. 250k bp for a major grind. The player base seems to be eating it up so why would the devs change anything?

When ranks are only an indicator of how much someone played, than no one can complain that they are matching veterans with new players.
Or something like that must be the logic behind all that.

Then they shouldn't award bloodpoints. Honestly, someone who has enough time to spend on this game to reach rank 1 on both sides, doesn't really need extra bloodpoints.
