Losing Connection Mid-game

I play on PC.
And something I've been having a problem with is random disconnects.
The game starts normally, I load into a lobby and the match starts. I find a generator and start repairing, and as soon as the gen is about to pop, the game freezes for 1-2 and then I get disconnected. Then the game says I have no connection, but my internet never went out.
Ever since I've really started getting into dbd recently, I've had this problem once every day or other every day. Now I have a 30 minute ban and I'm afraid that it'll happen again and my ban will be longer.
