Glad to see the changes to Diversion, Fixated, Iron Maiden, Open Handed, and Second Wind.
Babysitter, Distortion, Lucky Break, Deathbound, and Furtive Chase could use some love.

I too would love to see loads of old perks getting some changes, to the point where they aren't garbage.
