Good Perk Idea?
Make 'em Count:
Upon a successful basic attack 1 token is given, 2 are given on a ranged/special attack. Each token increases the range of your ranged/special attack for a maximum of five. (Ranged attacks only count if they cause normal damage)
However a missed ranged/special attack will take 1 token at four or less, and at 5 will remove all tokens. Upon losing all tokens there is a 60/50/40 second cooldown.
Each token will give a range increase of 3/4/5% dependent on perk level.
Killers without special attacks will have their swing speed increase for 2/3/4% per token on a successful hit, a miss will lose 1 token, hitting and object will cause you to lose all tokens.

Here’s the thing: at present time every perk is usable by every character. A perk like this would be limited only to ranged killers - ie someone like The Trapper would be unable to use it.
Since I’m pretty certain the devs don’t want to go down the road of of pigeon-holed specialty perks, I would suggest taking this one back to the drawing board and working out a way to make it more universal.
