Abysmal Customer Support on Console (Xbox)
Firstly, I'm going to start this off by saying I love this game, regardless of how this post may sound. I have over 150 hours on record, and play both sides around red rank (I took a brief hiatus, so they're admittedly lower now), and I plan on continuing to play this game. Shortly before writing this post, I was playing killer to get back to my usual rank, and played against a group of survivors that took the game hostage in one of the few games I sincerely considered dc'ing in. They all hid. I only found two survivors throughout the entire match, one of them I found twice. They each had a stealth build and were clearly doing this in a squad; for the first two minutes or so, I couldn't find anyone, and gens got popped very quickly. They must've been mainly together, because I'd see a gen, untouched, and I'd patrol the others, once I was at the opposite end, the gen would honest to god finish. The first three gens went by like this, then they started getting more bold, and it was way too late for me to have a comeback.
Now for the main topic of this article, understandably frustrated, not just for myself, but for others in my shoes as well, I sent a report for that group in game. Afterwards, I had to go and send a ticket via Microsoft Edge, and I thought I could go back and read their names once I opened up the ticket. Nope. Edge immediately suspends the game, and you can no longer see the lobby. If they were on Xbox, I could've used recent player, but they were all on other platforms. I then thought to try customer support with a person, to track down the names, to give a proper punishment for what happened, so other players wouldn't have to deal with them. The only way to actually speak to a person was over email, and truthfully, I don't believe email would work well with tracking down players I played recently.
I'm not here to just bash the customer support though, I'd like to suggest a few solutions. Starting with an obvious one, please allow us to write tickets in-game, like how players on PC can, I've literally watched streamers write tickets on stream, and it looks very convenient; so it should be the same on console too. My second suggestion might be a bit harder to implement, but it would be extraordinarily helpful to be able to view a list of people you reported, I understand this may be tough to put into practice, but it'd be worth it for moments like this.
Would these be possible? Was it an oversight for this, or intentional? I still mostly remember one player's name, but I don't believe I can say it on the forums. Any questions or feedback is welcome.

The reporting system is the same for all platforms. An in-game report to flag the match, then additional details sent to Support via the Support form on the support website.
Also, whilst those players were playing extremely stealthily, they did not do anything worthy of reporting.
