Killer Perk buffs and Quality of life suggestions

This list is so long so bear with me, perks are one of the most important aspects in DBD and to me killers have more useless perks than survivors since most killer perks tend to have more conditions, requirements, bad on their own but good with other perks and really gimmicky and unnecessary cool downs like Coup de Grace with a limit use, Blood Echo with having 2 cool downs, dragons grip, beast of prey etc. this is my idea for buffing killers perks and I’m going to go over all of them whether they need buffs, rework, quality of life improvements, leave them as they are or leave them alone if I don’t know how I would buff them. After this list I will do the same list for survivor perks so here we go

A nurse’s calling - its fine the way it is 

Agitation - it’s fine the way it is

Bamboozle - add a timer to the hud 

BBQ & Chili - fine the way it is 

Beast of Prey - Remove bloodlust 1 requirement, make it where once you start in a chase you become undetectable for 20/25/30 sec

Bitter Murmur - reveal every survivors aura instead of survivors within 16 meters of a complete gen

Blood Echo - remove the 60/70/80 sec cool down and make it where the duration is the same as the cool down like make ur choice and instead of just 45 sec it should be 40/50/60 sec 

Blood Warden - buff tier 1 & 2 instead of 30/40/60 it should be 40/50/60 

Bloodhound - Not sure maybe make the blood last 2 sec longer

Brutal Strength - to me it’s fine 

Corrupt Intervention - its fine 

Coulrophobia - when survivors r out of ur terror radius, it should persists for 10 sec like leader 

Coup De Grâce - Buff the numbers from 40/50/60 % to 80/90/100 and instead of tokens, always have it the increased lunge ranged and when injuring a survivor the perk goes on cooldown for like 100/80/60 sec 

Crue Limits - make it map wide and decrease the duration like 10/15/20 sec to balance it 

Dark Devotion - to me it’s fine 

Dead Man’s Switch - make it where it blocks a generator being worked on or when it’s touched instead of when survivors leave the generator 

Death Bound - it should reveal auras instead of location 

Dear Stalker - it’s fine 

Discordance - it’s fine 

Distressing -  not sure but it should show us the meters instead of percentage 

Dragon’s Grip - make it like make your choice , remove 80 sec cooldown to match it with the exposed duration ( 40/50/60 sec)  and when no one doesn’t touch the gen for 30 sec it shouldn’t go on a cooldown 

Dying Light - remove bonus healing speed for obsession and buff the penalty from 3/3.5/4% to 3/4/5% or maybe keep the penalty the same but obsession also gets the penalty but u still don’t get a token when you hook the obsession 

Enduring - Bring back where it affects Ds and Head on 

Fire up - buff the numbers for each Token from 3/3.5/4% to 3/4/5% 

Forced Penance- not sure 

Franklin’s Demise - it’s fine 

Furtive Chase - I like Yerv’s idea for the change were it should Pulsate in and out instead of being taken away while in chase

Gearhead  - remove the 2 hit requirement and make it where when they hit a good or great skill check the generator is highlighted yellow and it goes on cool down when downing a survivor for 30/25/20 sec 

Hangman’s Trick - buff the aura number from  2/4/6 to 8/10/12 

Hex:Blood Favor - make it a normal perk instead of a hex , increase the range from 16m to 24m and make it 20 sec 

Hex:Devour Hope - on 2 tokens it should always give you a movement speed permanently until hex is destroyed 

Hex:Haunted Ground - it’s fine 

Hex:Huntress Lullaby - make it effect every skill check 

Hex:NOED - Not sure 

Hex:Retribution - make it where if the survivor cleanses the hex totem or any other hex totem they become exposed for 20/25/30 sec hence the definition of Retribution: punishment inflicted on someone as vengeance for a wrong or criminal act.

Hex:Ruin - not sure 

Hex:The Third Seal - remove basic attack and instead of blindness it should be oblivious 

Hex:Thrill of the Hunt - it’s fine 

Hex:Undying - not sure

Hoarder - it should show aura instead of location for like 4/5/6 sec 

In all Ears - decrease the cooldown from 60/50/40 sec to 40/35/30 sec 

Infectious Fright - it’s fine 

Insidious - I have no idea 

Iron Grasp - it’s fine 

Iron Maiden - it should reveal aura 

Knock Out - remove basic attack and make survivors crawl 50% slower until they recover from dying state 

Lightborn - I have no idea 

Mad Grit - it’s fine I guess 

Make your Choice - it’s fine 

Mindbreaker - it’s fine 

Monitor & Abuse - it’s fine 

Monstrous Shrine - make it affect every hook 

Nemisis- make it where it also makes them exposed for 30 sec 

Oppression - make the cooldown lower from 120/100/80 sec to 100/80/60 sec 

Overcharge - just make the skill check harder 

Overwhelming Presence - same with Coulrophobia, when survivors r out of ur terror radius, it should persists for 10 sec like leader 

Play with Your food - remove the 10 sec cooldown whenever u receive a token or just make it 5 sec cooldown 

Pop goes the Weasel - it’s fine 

Predator - it should increase the volume of survivor footsteps 

Rancor - it should reveal survivors aura instead of location 

Remember Me - buff the numbers from 8/12/16 sec to 15/20/25 or reverse the nerf 

Save the Best for Last - it’s fine 

Shadowborn - not sure 

Sloppy butcher - it’s fine 

Spies from the Shadows - bring back the range to 32/40/48 and give the notification a crow sound 

Spirty Fury - it’s fine 

Stridor - Buff it where all tiers have regular breathing are 25% louder but injured survivors are 30/40/50 % louder 

Surge - increase the loss progress from 8% to 10% and remove basic attack requirement 

Surveillance - it’s fine 

Territoial Imperative - remove the 32 meters requirement or make it where if survivors come within 8/10/12m of a hooked survivor their aura is shown 

Thanatophobia - buff the numbers from 4/4.5/5% up to 16/18/20% to 5/6/7% up to 20/24%/28% 

Thrilling Tremors - it’s fine

Tinkerer - it’s fine 

Trail of Torment - it’s fine 

Unnerving Presence - Coulrophobia and Overwhelming presence make it passive for 10 seconds and also instead of making the skill checks difficult make it where it slows down their progress bar on generators 

Unrelenting - instead of just basic attack make it also affect killer powers 

Whispers - make it where it doesn’t work on hooked survivors 

Zanshin Tactics - add an affect where when a survivor drops a pallet or vault a window they get the hindered status effect and their movement speed is decreased by 6/8/10% for 5 seconds 

Those are all of the perks I would like to hear all survivors and killers opinion on these changes and please let me know ur suggestions for these buffs, if you agree or disagree please explain why

    Cant believe people is still making better balance decisions than a group a devs who are being payed to do It. I'd pay to see any of those changes make It to live game, specially Dragons Grip. I still cant understand how they made It so that It goes on cooldown even if you dont get benefit out if It, unbelievable...

    So many perks just need number changes to make them actually useful yet there they are, collecting dust....
