Cheryl Cosmetic Set Bug

I just met a Cheryl with pants from a locked set in my match. I don't think this is intended and it kinda seems like what happened when the Nea Graff-crafter set could be broken.

My guess is that the player had the Cybil Bennett legendary set and somehow equipped Golden Rooster Shirt and P3 Head through the store.

The player was also using Steam.

    don't know if acknowledged means that it was an unnecessary post, but I couldn't find anyone else talking about it. Sorry if it was a know problem (

    Hey the devs know about it and they said there's nothing wrong with it since it's not an expoit! And some people like it so I guess it's fine.

    Honestly I hope they never fix it, none of the cosmetics should be locked behind sets; and some would just need minimal adjustments for them to work with other cosmetics.
