Decisive Strike Suggestion
So my understanding of decisive strike is that it should stop people from tunneling. Seems fair, you want a counter for tunneling.
However, it still ticks off if the killer is not tunneling. I have witnessed games where a killer will run off, get another survivor, put them on a hook, come back, hit the survivor, pick them up, and get DSed. Even though the killer was not tunneling.
So my suggestion is this, have DS keep its timer on the way it is. However, if any other survivor is hooked, it falls off. Because at that point, its no longer tunneling. The killer has left, tracked down another survivor, followed them, downed them, and put them on a hook, left, and managed to find you again.

This is pretty good, I like this change. Not as harsh of a change as I have suggested, but it definitely works as a middle ground while still serving its intended purpose perfectly.

Sounds very nice but it’s hard when there’s situations that if this is applied, killers could work around it. Like if killers carrying someone to the hook someone just got rescued off of, killer could track down that recent save and rehook. Honestly doesn’t even have to be that same hook, just as long as you see the fool. Or when there’s multiple slugs. killer can slug the DS, hook his buddy and come right back. And while he’s getting carried back to a hook his buddy gets rescued, then the other guy gets hooked and the whole can’t use my DS cycle starts again.

My game the other day.
1st survivor on hook. I downed another survivor, hooked them, someone took 1 st survivor off, the 1st survivor come running up to hook, tried unhooking 2nd survivor, I grabbed them and they hit me with DS. They then unhooked and both run off.
How is fair that the 1st survivor got a DS on me because they rushed to get a survivor off hook and I'm the one that got punished for it.
DS needs nerfing to deactivate DS as soon as the survivor does anything in the game. gen, totem, unhook etc.
Overpowered perk.
